Our mission is to preserve and improve the lifestyle we here in Scituate have come to enjoy. We are committed to protecting our rural environment, providing our children with a good education, maintaining our roads, promoting volunteerism and community involvement, being responsive to public need, offering a variety of recreational and cultural opportunities for all ages, helping our seniors, assuring public safety, planning and providing for the future, delivering services by a courteous, efficient government and to do all of this at the most affordable cost to taxpayers.
